Our menu consisted of a whole pig, barbeque pork, chicken and roast beef. Our sides included potato salad and baked beans. The food was impeccable and the presentation and service were magnificent. The barbecue rig was eye-catching and extremely clean. We would highly recommend Dan’s Backyard BBQ for any event.

We have tried other "so called BBQ caterers", but no one even comes close.
Dan has been providing an excellent selection of food & superb customer service for our annual Summer Fest party (225+ people) for a few years now.
From the beginning, Dan was easy to work with, his prices were good... and most of all... the quality of the Bar-B-Que food is EXCELLENT!
Everyone's favorite choice is Dan's Whole Roasted pig!
We chose Dan because he will work with you on menu choices, making sure you have the right selection and quantity of food... But also he will offer many suggestions about those little extras that make a good backyard BBQ... GREAT!!
