What type of payment is required?
Personal checks or cash are preferred. We do exept All major CC, However, there will will be a 3% transaction fee add to the total bill. A 30% deposit is required at time of booking to confirm your date and the remainder of the balance is due when we arrive at your event.
What does Dan's Backyard BBQ supply?
All the complete packages include fixing’s and paper products. This will be discussed further, at the time of booking. We can easily cater most requests for additional supplies.
What will you need to supply us?
Drinks, steno trays (unless you choose a package that includes them), and a food table on level ground. Once food is set out and your event is passed the food stage, we like to start cleaning up and moving out. How about electricity and water? Electricity and water access would be nice, but it is not necessary. We have our own power and can also carry plenty of water.
Your trailer looks big. Will it fit and where will you be setting it up?
All trailers are 20 ft. long, about the size of a landscape trailer. (Approx. three and a half car lengths) I can also curb park if necessary.
What type of 'mess' will Dan's Backyard BBQ leave behind?
Most of my work will be done inside my trailer. Depending on what package you choose and how big your event is, there is usually no mess at all. We always clean up after ourselves!
What about rain dates?
The only date we can guarantee is your booked date, however we always try to accommodate you the best we can. We do understand!
