"For
as long as I can remember, I have always had an interest in cooking.
Over the years I have built many of my own grills, worked towards
mastering my skills and learned everything I possibly could from top
chefs in the industry. My crazy passion for barbecue has led me on many a
culinary adventures, including developing my own business.
My
family has been hosting the Burjan's Pumpkin Festival for the past
eleven years on our farm in Three Bridges, N.J. Due to my food handling
and safety knowledge, my work with the County Board of Health, followed
by several barbecue courses, I was the obvious choice for heading up the
food services at our six-week festival. As the event became more
popular, we began catering many local parties and events for as many as
500 + people.
Today, the family business, Dan's Backyard
BBQ, LLC is proud to cater everything from small family picnics to
large corporate events. We provide professional service and the best
barbecue from our custom-built cooking rig. This 20-foot beauty boasts a
full kitchen and a custom designed charcoal smoker. Our fully insured
business is pleased to offer barbecue packages as well as customized
